THE CRAWLING

We are absolutely thrilled to announce THE CRAWLING will be the opening act for the forthcoming DESECRATION Irish tour in February 2015. So far the Limerick date has been confirmed, but a Belfast and Dublin venue will be added soon. Keep an eye on the gig page for confirmation. We have been working hard with our new line up, and the live set is sounding heavy as fuck; Gary has invigorated the older tracks with some serious energy! Stay miserable people!

The Crawling are thrilled to announce that we have settled on a solid line up, as drummer Gary Beattie ( Zombified stickman ) has joined the band on a permanent basis. After only a few rehearsals, Gary has brought a new edge and fresh ideas to the music. We have reworked our entire set, and the revitalised tracks are sounding better than ever. We are looking forward to touring next year, and are planning some studio time before the end of the year. Stay tuned, things are happening...

And holy shit, what a debut show. A sound often not unlikeCARCASS, yet tinged with blackness and doom, in genre and in meaning. "End Of The Noose", "Catatonic" and "Breathe Through Concrete" are all songs we want on record right fucking now. This is one hell of a tight performance, and a band that demonstrate why you should get your ass down to a gig early and support the local scene. We were pretty nervous, as I hadn't done a show in 2-3 years, the other guys were over 10; but it turned out really well. We would like to offer a sincere thanks to friends and bands that gave is support on the night - it was much appreciated! The Set: 1. CHOKING ON CONCRETE 2. GROVEL 3. ALL OUR FAILINGS 4. CATATONIC 5. Welcome to THE CRAWLING website. We are extremely busy getting all the internet stuff sorted, as well as rehearsing for upcoming shows and pending release.
